Request deletion of your Pupila account and associated personal data. Please use the email address registered to your account.

You can also delete your account in Pupila: open Parent Zone → Profile Settings → Remove Account, then follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot use the form, email support@ropupa.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my Pupila account”.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing your request.
What happens to my data?
After verification, we delete or anonymize your account, child profiles, reading and quiz progress, favourites, and associated personal data from active systems.
Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
What about my subscription?
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription. Please manage or cancel it separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Purchase records held by those stores remain under their control.
